Arrival / Garage
The Deutsche Oper Berlin is most easily reached by taking the underground line U12, which will bring you directly to the stop „Deutsche Oper“ from the direction of Ruhleben or Pankow. The stop „Bismarckstraße“ of line U7 is also very close by (there are lifts to the street level at this stop) as are the stops of the bus routes 101 and 109.

If you prefer arriving by car, the Parkhaus Deutsche Oper is at your disposal starting two hours before the beginning of the performance until 2 o’clock at a charge of € 3,–.

Ticket purchasers eligible for discounts should bring documentary evidence of their concession status for presentation to staff authorised to verify eligibility.

Discount rate as soon as tickets go on general sale: Upon presentation of a pass for the severely disabled, German code B, severely disabled persons are entitled to a free ticket in all price categories for the person accompanying them.

Starting one week prior to the beginning of the performance: Students, trainees, pensioners and retired persons and unemployed persons receive a 25%* discount on the box-office price, subject to availability. This discount* is also granted in general-admission and foyer events to all seats. A 50%* discount will be granted to schoolchildren [up to age 21] and to young people doing military or social service.

At the Box Office (starting one hour prior to the beginning of the performance): Children and teenagers, school children [up to age 21], students, trainees, the unemployed and persons doing military service or social service may purchase last minute tickets at the flat price of € 15,–.* Recipients of social welfare or ALG II unemployment benefit may purchase last minute tickets at the flat price of € 3,– for a limited number of tickets.*
