The Symphony Concerts

Traditionally, the Orchestra of the Deutsche Oper Berlin, conducted by its General Music Director Donals Runnicles, opens its Berlin concert season in the Berlin Philharmonic Hall as part of Musifest Berlin. This year, Ludwig van Beethoven's overture to "Coriolan" op. 62 in C minor will be joined by works by Hector Berlioz, which form a focal point of the music festival. Alice Coote interprets "La mort de Cléopâtre", Klaus Florian Vogt and Susan Graham excerpts from LES TROYENS.
