Many are the great composers who produced great works of music very early in their careers. Not only do Academy members of the Orchestra present pieces composed by the great masters while they were still burgeoning talents; they also present themselves 'in conversation', talking about what it is, as a young person, to opt for the life of a professional musician.
Max Bruch (1838 – 1920)
Septet E flat Major for clarinet, horn, bassoon, 2 violins, violoncello and double bass
Gioacchino Rossini (1792 – 1868)
